Pastor Judy earned a Bachelor of Education degree with a music minor from Hardin Simmons University. She was called into ministry and ordained in 1983. Judy and her husband, Dr. Thomas Michael, are founders of The Agreement Center. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children, Katherine and Carrington.   Judy is an anointed and highly sought after speaker and vocalist. She has ministered in churches and women's groups across the United States and Europe. She and her husband have been hosts for the "Praise The Lord Show" aired on Trinity Broadcasting Network and "Celebration" with Marcus and Joni Lamb on KMPX TV 29.

Pastor Judy's anointing to preach the Word of God and to sing creates an atmosphere for the working of miracles. She has been the recipient of various vocal awards and has dedicated many years to the teaching and training of children. Judy administrates the Childen's Ministry at The Agreement Center and is the founder and director of Women of Agreement, a ministry organized to meet the needs of women through Bible study, mentoring and parenting classes. With a spirit of excellence demonstrated in every area of ministry, Pastor Judy has organized the church nurseries and children's departments of The Agreement Center.
